The homeowners wanted to create a balcony that was safe, supportive, and appealing to the eye. We worked in partnership with Craig McLellan to remove the synthetic turf floors, excavate and backfill with stone, and install a concrete base to support the new treated wooden balcony with custom-made flower boxes. For the final touch, the general contractors supplied and installed a parasol allowing the homeowners to enjoy their new balcony right away!
